Refund policy

NorthForge Tools offers a 30-day return window for eligible items. If you are not satisfied with your purchase, please contact us within 30 days of delivery through our Contact page before sending anything back.

Return Eligibility

To be eligible for a return, items must be unused, in the same condition that you received them, and in the original packaging when possible. Please include your order number and the reason for the return request.

Non-Returnable Items

Opened consumables, used adhesives, damaged items caused by misuse, and items marked final sale are not eligible for return unless they arrive defective or incorrect. For safety reasons, some fuel-related or heat-tool accessories may be subject to additional return restrictions.

Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items

Please inspect your order when it arrives. If an item is defective, damaged, or incorrect, contact us as soon as possible with your order number and photos so we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you whether the refund is approved. Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method. Your bank or credit card provider may need additional time to post the refund.

Return Shipping

Unless the item arrived defective, damaged, or incorrect, customers are responsible for return shipping costs. Original shipping charges are non-refundable unless required by law or approved by our support team.
